Dear Parent/Carer(s)

We are so excited to be able to organise a Halloween themed school disco for the children in KS2. The disco will be open to all children in Years 3 to 6 and will take place on Tuesday 14th October in the KS1 Hall.  Dressing up is encouraged although optional! The times are as follows:

Years 3 and 4:        4.15 - 5.15pm

Years 5 and 6:        5.30 - 6.30pm

Entry will be £3.00 on the door. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of each disco session. A Tuck Shop and Halloween-themed Shop will be operating during the evening if you would like to send your child with some extra pennies to spend. Could children also please bring their drinks bottle.

All children must enter and exit the school site via the main school gate next to the car park. We will be operating a one-way entrance and exit system into the school building.

Children can then be collected from the middle playground after the disco. A member of staff will bring the children out to you at the end of the disco.

As always, we need a few helpers to assist with the evening.  We need help to decorate the hall from 2pm and then to run our Sweet and Halloween shops during both discos. If you are able to help, please email: osfchair@oldwayschool.co.uk
