Rotary Shoebox Scheme
Dear Parents and Carers
This year Oldway Primary School will be again supporting the Rotary Club to give aid to disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe by participating in the Rotary Shoebox Scheme.There are 3 types of content you can choose to fill boxes:
- Child
- Teenage
- Household
If you would like to fill a box for a child, please complete the Google form below by Friday 23rd January. We can then order the boxes, which will be delivered to school for collection.
Rotary Shoebox Google FormThe deadline for boxes to be filled and returned to school will be Friday 9th March. We will be in touch as soon as we have the shoeboxes for you to fill. Please see attached guidance for advice on filling the shoeboxes.

Rotary Club Young Writers & Young Photographers 2025-26 competitions
Rowcroft Rudolph Run - 12th December 2025
Dear Parents and Carers,
This is a reminder about our Rowcroft Rudolph Run, taking place on Friday 12th December here at school .
The event raises money for Rowcroft Hospice , and children will receive their Rudolph antlers and red nose on the day . If your child would like to raise sponsorship, suggested donations were shared in the original letter.
Most importantly, we can also offer access to the Raisely link (see below), which allows families and friends to donate online. We have one week left to raise money before the run, and this is a fantastic way to help us support such an amazing cause!

Please remember that any sponsorship money raised offline should be returned by Wednesday 17th December.
